Good intentions, flawed execution

The location was good, easily walkable to the sea and picturesque Venetian harbour,, while the pool was superb in size.

Room cleanliness was inconsistent, and air conditioning issues made for uncomfortable temperatures .

My stay here was VERY PLEASANT. The place was exceptionally clean with extremely helpful and competent staff members. The breakfast was good and had variety of options.

The room was dated and lacked proper maintenance. The shower was far too low for anyone over a certain height. The lack of soundproofing was unbearable, with noise echoing from the hallways and outside traffic.

Pool area is nice. Excellant interior design.

Bad service. I asked for a double bed and although available once arrived there they told me they hadn't seen the request and they hadn't room with double bed. Not quite real the services the say they offer in each room.Not a tub in each room.

The hand-cut steaks were a culinary delight! Located just a hop away from Sweet Cup and Skartsilakis Patisserie, your taste buds are in for a treat. The staff was super accommodating.

During a crazy heatwave, the AC struggled to cool the room effectively. And while the bathroom could use a little modernization, it did shine with cleanliness overall.

L loved the wordrobe, it was so spacious. Great location, if you need to be near to... Everything... In and out of the old-town of Rethimno.

The bathroom was too small and the shower-cabin even smaller. No need for a hydromassage equipment in there, it was almost suffocating.

The hospitable staff, especially Tatiana, made our stay nice with helpful tips. The location was perfect for exploring Rethymno, just steps away from the vibrant old town.

The view from my room was, , garbage and other people's terraces. To add to my shock, the shower was positioned far too low for anyone above 5 foot 5. I also can't believe no one offered me a complimentary upgrade despite the filthy state of my room, outrageous. I almost gave this place a decent review but just couldn't.

Consider requesting a room with a sea view for a more pleasant experience. The views are lovely.

Amazing breakfasts and a cozy stay

The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the old town and the beach, great for easy exploration. My room was quite spacious, and the staff were super accommodating. The bathroom could have been better designed as it was a bit cramped and not very practical.

The place is nice, and has wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing documents, which I remember. Come here for a romantic escape!

Great place with great amenities like wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar area, and air conditioning. The helpful staff even provided directions to attractions during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break!
